    We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receipt and advise you of the person dealing with it.

    Financial Ombudsman Service

    We are members of the Financial Ombudsman Service Australia (FOS), a free consumer service. If you are unhappy with our response to your complaint you have the right to refer the complaint to the FOS.
